Enjoy these cheesy and delicious Keto Cauliflower Garlic Breadsticks. They’re a flavorful, low-carb twist on a classic favorite, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave the riced cauliflower until tender. Drain any excess water thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and shape them into breadstick forms on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  6. While the breadsticks are baking, melt the butter and stir in the chopped parsley.
  7. Once the breadsticks are out of the oven, brush them with the garlic-parsley butter.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your keto-friendly breadsticks!

Notes

  • Ensure cauliflower is very dry to prevent soggy breadsticks.
