Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
