Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
