- 1 pound garlic scapes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss garlic scapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill scapes for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and transfer to a serving dish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the scapes.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
