Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and nuts (if using).
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
