- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Finely chop the cabbage, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, and chives. Place them in a large bowl.
- Make the Green Goddess dressing: In a blender, combine the basil, spinach, nutritional yeast, garlic, cashews, olive oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, tamari, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
