Make fun Valentine Oreo Pops with your kids. This simple treat is perfect for a sweet holiday activity.

- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound white chocolate melting wafers
- Red and pink food coloring (optional)
- Lollipop sticks
- Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Place Oreos in a food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions.
- If desired, divide the melted chocolate and tint small portions with food coloring.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Immediately sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Place pops back on the parchment paper.
- Chill until the chocolate is firm before serving.
Notes
- If you do not have a food processor, place Oreos in a sturdy zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
- Work quickly when dipping the pops so they do not warm up too much.
- You can use milk or dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
