Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 ounces fontina cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, fontina, and provolone cubes in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped basil, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the herb mixture over the cheese cubes. Gently toss to coat all the cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers or bread.
