Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups grated zucchini, squeezed dry
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together grated zucchini, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
