- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash and chopped onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the soup mixture over the squash and onion mixture. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the squash mixture.
