- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the seeds from the center of each cucumber half to create a boat shape.
- In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Spoon the tuna salad mixture generously into the hollowed-out cucumber boats.
- Serve immediately.
