- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked rice, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, milk, and lemon juice.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the tuna and rice mixture.
