- 1 pound Trader Joe’s Fettuccine
- 1 pound Trader Joe’s Cooked Lobster Meat
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Trader Joe’s Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked lobster meat to the sauce and stir to heat through.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use other types of pasta if you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese to your liking.
- Fresh basil can be used instead of parsley.
