Make a delicious lobster pasta using Trader Joe’s ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Trader Joe’s Fettuccine
  • 1 pound Trader Joe’s Cooked Lobster Meat
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Trader Joe’s Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooked lobster meat to the sauce and stir to heat through.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use other types of pasta if you prefer.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese to your liking.
  • Fresh basil can be used instead of parsley.
