Description

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed corn chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, refried beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed corn chips evenly over the cheese.
