Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup seeds (chia seeds, flax seeds, or pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
- Let the granola cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- You can customize the nuts, seeds, and dried fruit to your preference.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- For a chewier bar, add 1/4 cup of nut butter to the wet ingredients.
