  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat, sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.

  9. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes if desired.
