A refreshing Summer Fruit Sangria featuring peaches and berries, perfect for warm weather gatherings. This delightful drink combines fresh fruit, wine, and a touch of sweetness for a vibrant pitcher.

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/4 cup brandy or triple sec
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy or triple sec, and orange juice.
- Add the granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Gently add the sliced peaches, mixed berries, sliced orange, and sliced lemon to the pitcher.
- Stir everything together gently.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the sangria over the ice, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute white grape juice for the wine and omit the brandy.
- You can use frozen fruit if fresh fruit is not available, but thaw it slightly before adding.
