A zesty and flavorful spicy tuna wrap, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha or chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper (any color)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha or chili paste, chopped celery, chopped red onion, and fresh dill (if using).
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the tuna salad evenly between the two tortillas, spreading it down the center of each.
- Top the tuna salad with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and sliced bell pepper.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.
- Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tuna salad.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like shredded carrots or avocado.
