- 1 pound spicy sausage
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
- Add the undrained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the skillet with the sausage. Stir to combine.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Break it into smaller pieces to help it melt faster.
- Stir constantly until the cream cheese is completely melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot with your favorite chips, crackers, or vegetables.

- You can adjust the spice level by choosing mild or hot sausage.
- For a richer dip, use full-fat cream cheese.
