Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potato slices and toss gently to coat.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Do not overcrowd the pans.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and the chips are tender and slightly crispy.
- Flip the chips halfway through baking for even cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can bake them for a few additional minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
