- 6 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix gently to coat the fruit.
- Pour the fruit mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the almond flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the chopped nuts, if using.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
