Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups Cranberry Juice (100% juice)
- 2 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups Club Soda or Sparkling Water (chilled)
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir well to mix.
- Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This helps the flavors meld.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently so you keep the fizz.
- Taste the lemonade. Add more simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a few fresh cranberries. Serve immediately and watch the smiles appear!
Notes
- For a less sweet drink, start with half a cup of simple syrup and add more later.
- You can make the juice base ahead of time, but only add the sparkling water right before serving.
- Freeze cranberries and lemon slices in ice cube trays for fun, colorful ice cubes.
