Smoked Jalapeño Popper Dip is a creamy, smoky, and spicy dip perfect for gatherings.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 4-6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, smoked Gouda, minced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet or other oven-safe dish.
- In a small bowl, mix panko bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the dip.
- Smoke for 45-60 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños to control the spice level.
- For extra smoky flavor, use smoked bacon.
- If you don’t have a smoker, you can bake the dip in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
