  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and Rotel to your slow cooker.
  3. Stir everything together to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
