- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and Rotel to your slow cooker.
- Stir everything together to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve hot, topped with crushed tortilla chips.
