Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time to the sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract until combined.
