- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil and fajita seasoning until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Pour the water over the chicken and vegetables. Toss gently right on the sheet pan.
