Description
This seafood pasta salad combines tender pasta with succulent crab and shrimp in a creamy dressing. It is perfect for a light meal or side dish.

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Gently toss to coat all ingredients.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
