- 3 cups boiling water, divided
- 3 cups cold water, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare each flavor of Jell-O separately according to package directions, using 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water per box.
- Pour each prepared Jell-O into a separate shallow dish and refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
- Once firm, cut each Jell-O flavor into small cubes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In parfait glasses or small cups, layer the Jell-O cubes and whipped cream. Start with a layer of Jell-O, then a layer of whipped cream, and repeat until the cups are full.
- Chill the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sprinkles if desired.
