Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and five-spice powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add rice noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package directions, usually 3-5 minutes.
- While noodles cook, prepare your toppings: chicken, cilantro, basil, and bean sprouts.
- Ladle the hot broth and noodles into bowls.
- Top with cooked chicken and fresh herbs and sprouts.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
