Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  5. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
  6. Layer the provolone and American cheese slices over the bottom half of the buns.
  7. Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns on top.
  9. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are heated through.
  11. Slice between the rolls before serving.

Notes

  • Use high-quality, thinly sliced steak for the best texture.
  • You can substitute provolone or American cheese with your favorite melting cheese like Swiss or Mozzarella.
