- 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or farfalle)
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, pesto sauce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
- Gently toss to coat all ingredients with the pesto.
- Stir in the chopped fresh basil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
