Description
A refreshing and festive Peach Sangria, perfect for any celebration or a casual get-together. This delightful drink combines sweet peaches with crisp wine and a hint of citrus.

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling water or club soda, to top (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and orange liqueur.
- Stir in the lemon juice and lime juice.
- Add the sliced peaches, raspberries, and mint leaves to the pitcher.
- Gently stir everything together.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, taste and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add a little sugar or simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
- Serve the sangria over ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda if desired. Garnish with extra peach slices and mint.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with white grape juice and omit the peach schnapps and brandy.
- You can use frozen peaches if fresh ones are not available.
