- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, brown sugar, oats, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let the crisp cool slightly before serving.
