Description

Enjoy this delightful Peach Bruschetta with Goat Cheese & Honey. It’s a perfect appetizer or light snack, combining sweet peaches, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of honey on toasted bread.

  • 1 baguette, sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a few slices of fresh peach.
  5. Crumble goat cheese over the peaches.
  6. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese and peaches.
