A festive dessert lasagna with layers of berries, white chocolate, and creamy goodness.

- 1 package (14.4 ounces) graham crackers
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 carton (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the berries.
- Arrange the remaining strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the berries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
- For best results, make this dessert the day before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- You can substitute other berries like raspberries or blackberries.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth mixture.
