Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut carrots with olive oil until lightly coated.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, mix the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
