Description

Classic potato salad with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooled potatoes and chopped eggs to the bowl.
