Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. In a separate large bowl, gently toss the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
