Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate, clean bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Fold in the strawberry preserves until streaks of pink appear. You want some swirls, not a uniform color.
  5. Gently fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries.
