Description
This edible monster cookie dough dip is a crowd-pleasing party dessert. It’s safe to eat raw and tastes just like your favorite cookie dough.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M’s candies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heat-treated flour and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s candies.
- Serve immediately with pretzels, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.
Notes
- To heat-treat flour: Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or microwave on high in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool completely before using.
- You can substitute other mix-ins like sprinkles or chopped nuts.
