Description

This edible monster cookie dough dip is a crowd-pleasing party dessert. It’s safe to eat raw and tastes just like your favorite cookie dough.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s candies


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heat-treated flour and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s candies.
  6. Serve immediately with pretzels, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • To heat-treat flour: Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or microwave on high in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool completely before using.
  • You can substitute other mix-ins like sprinkles or chopped nuts.
