- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Thread one cherry tomato, one mozzarella ball, and one folded basil leaf onto each small skewer.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Notes
- You can make these skewers a few hours ahead of time. Store them covered in the refrigerator.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil along with the balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
- For a different twist, try adding a small piece of prosciutto to each skewer.
