  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
  2. Add the halved Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, finely diced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley to the bowl.
