- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the wings are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the maple sriracha glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Return the glazed wings to the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes to let the glaze set.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
