Ingredients

  • 1 pack (10-12) slider buns
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
  5. Arrange the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet.
  6. Top each bottom bun with crumbled breakfast sausage.
  7. Place a slice of cooked bacon on top of the sausage.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  9. Drizzle the maple-Dijon mixture over the cheese.
  10. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  11. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  12. Serve immediately.
