- 1 pack (10-12) slider buns
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
- Arrange the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet.
- Top each bottom bun with crumbled breakfast sausage.
- Place a slice of cooked bacon on top of the sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
- Drizzle the maple-Dijon mixture over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
- Serve immediately.
