Easy and delicious sheet pan nachos perfect for game day. This recipe is a crowd-pleaser, packed with flavor and simple to assemble.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, jalapeños


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and black beans with the meat. Cook according to seasoning packet instructions.
  5. Spoon the meat and bean mixture evenly over the tortilla chips on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the meat mixture.
  7. Top with chopped red onion and bell pepper.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and add your favorite optional toppings before serving.
