Make incredible Loaded Nacho Fries, the ultimate crowd-pleasing party snack. This recipe brings bold flavors and satisfying textures, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs French Fries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro (for garnish)
  • Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry the French fries according to package directions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While fries cook, brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the cooked meat. Simmer until the liquid reduces, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the cooked fries onto a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the seasoned meat evenly over the fries.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, black olives, and jalapeños over the meat.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts completely.
  8. Remove from the oven. Top with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve immediately with salsa on the side. Enjoy your creation!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use seasoned curly fries.
  • You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for Cheddar-Jack.
  • Make a vegetarian version by using black beans instead of ground meat.
  • Prepare toppings ahead of time to speed up assembly.
