- 3 oz box blue gelatin
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water, divided
- 2 cups cold water, divided
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add red gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir. Pour into 8 individual cups, filling each about one-third full. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- In a separate bowl, add unflavored gelatin and 1 cup cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup cold water. Let cool to room temperature. Pour the white mixture over the set red layer, filling each cup another third full. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- In another medium bowl, add blue gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir. Pour the blue mixture over the set white layer, filling the remaining space in each cup. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set before serving.
Notes
- Ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next.
