- 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip the chicken, and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.
Notes
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs. Adjust cooking time as needed.
