Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.
  6. Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, flip the chicken, and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce.
  9. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.
