Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  3. Add the sliced cucumber to the dressing and toss gently to coat.
  4. Let the salad marinate for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Drain any excess liquid before serving.
