Ingredients

  • 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the meatballs.
  4. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing.
  5. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
  6. Once cooking is complete, carefully perform a Quick Release of the pressure.
  7. Stir the meatballs gently to coat them completely with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with toothpicks for easy grabbing.
