Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha or chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey, Sriracha, and red pepper flakes to create the hot honey glaze. Set aside.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry. Rub them lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Brush half of the hot honey glaze evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven. Brush the remaining glaze over the chicken. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over each piece.
  7. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit) and the feta is slightly softened and lightly golden.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking.
